Some Australian kindergartens have banned Santa Claus from their classrooms to avoid offending some children. I actually agree with this. I can see how it could be insensitive to march Santa Claus into a classroom and totally leave out the holidays that other children celebrate. What do those kids do while he's there? I do think it a bit absurd to replace Santa Claus with a clown, as one of these kindergartens did.



Just don't rename him "Holiday Man."
